Job summary

Jobgether partner company seeks a Principal Security Engineer based in the Netherlands. You will take hands‑on ownership of security across a global, always‑on digital asset trading environment, designing, deploying and operating security controls across cloud, on‑premises infrastructure and critical production systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on security engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in IAM across cloud environments.
• Strong IAM architecture, access models and identity security.
• Cloud security controls across AWS/Azure and multi‑cloud.
• CI/CD security for GitLab or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement, operate and improve security controls across multi‑cloud environments.
• Own IAM strategies for identities, permissions and privileged access.
• Design and operate key management and custody controls (HSMs, secrets).
• Harden GitLab CI/CD pipelines and integrate security into SDLC.
• Configure corporate security technologies (endpoint protection, DLP, Jamf).
• Respond to security incidents: triage, investigate, contain and remediate.
• Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improvements.
• Automate security operations: detection, monitoring and response.
