Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist – Pricing to drive systematic, data-driven improvements across pricing processes, tools, and governance within ES EMEA. The role focuses on linking process improvements to commercial outcomes such as revenue growth and margin improvement.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, balance efficiency with profitability, and leverage SAP/CPQ to optimize quote-to-order and price management processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of pricing experience (Finance or Sales background advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end pricing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized, scalable pricing processes across regions.
• Reduce manual workarounds, exceptions, and rework through simplification and automation.
• Ensure alignment between pricing strategy, policy, and execution.
