Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist – Pricing to drive data-driven enhancements across pricing processes, tools, and governance within ES EMEA. You will connect process improvements to commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing excellence, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include analyzing end-to-end pricing workflows, designing scalable improvements, reducing manual work, and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pricing (Finance or Sales on top of pricing is an advantage).
• Hands-on experience with SAP, CPQ or related enterprise systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end pricing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized pricing process improvements across regions.
• Reduce manual workarounds and rework through simplification and automation.
• Ensure alignment between pricing strategy, policy, and execution.
