Job summary

Viatris Netherlands is seeking a Pricing, Tender & Demand Associate Manager to join our team. The role focuses on maximizing revenue through pricing strategy, tender analysis, and demand planning in Europe and the Dutch market.

You will develop ad hoc dashboards, coordinate pricing exceptions, and collaborate with supply chain and finance to ensure price governance and accurate forecasting. Hybrid work model offered, with a focus on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• 3 years in Pricing, Tender or demand planning.
• 2 years in the Dutch pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent Analytical, communication, administrative and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated project management.
• Must adapt to changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing to maximize revenue and assess risks in Europe and the Netherlands.
• Prepare business cases and coordinate pricing exception requests.
• Advise on pricing decisions and develop dashboards to monitor performance.
• Maintain processes and databases for wholesale and HIC tender agreements.
• Translate pricing strategies into demand forecasts with supply chain collaboration.
• Report performance within wholesale and HIC agreements to stakeholders.
