Job summary
Viking, a leading European workplace-solutions company based in Venlo, invites motivated students for a 5-6 month internship in Technical Solution Engineering within the Purchasing & Assortment team. You will design, test, and deploy technical pricing solutions, collaborating across international teams while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment.
The role requires a 3rd year Bachelor student in CS/Engineering, strong English, and a proactive mindset.
Qualifications
- Currently a 3rd year bachelor student in CS/Engineering.
- Basic understanding of networking, system architecture, or software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and communicative.
- Willing to learn and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ideally some business knowledge.
- Available full-time from February 2027 for 5-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of technical solutions
- Assist with system troubleshooting and maintain clear, structured documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements
- Help enhance internal tools and automation scripts to improve efficiency
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose process improvements
