Job summary
Viking Europe in Venlo invites a motivated student to join the Internship: Technical Solution & Compliance Engineer. You’ll work within Purchasing & Assortment to research, design, and implement technical solutions that improve compliance processes and user experience.
The role offers hands-on projects in a dynamic, international setting, collaboration with stakeholders, and mentorship from experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
- 3rd year Bachelor student in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic networking, system architecture, or software development knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn in a dynamic team.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Available full-time from February 2027 for 5–6 months.
Responsibilities
- Support design, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Assist with system troubleshooting and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
- Help enhance internal tools and automation scripts to improve efficiency.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose process improvements.
