Brookwood Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Data Analytics & Insights Manager to lead a pricing migration project as the organization moves from legacy platforms to SAP S/4HANA.

The role combines data analysis, SAP expertise, advanced Excel, and Python to ensure correct migration of pricing logic across multiple countries. You will collaborate with pricing specialists and external consultants to accelerate delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Strong Python experience (ideally 5+ years).
• Experience with SAP and/or SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Ability to navigate SAP screens/transactions and interpret system data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting complex data migration/transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of pricing logic from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain, customize, and enhance an Excel-based pricing simulation tool that includes Python scripts.
• Analyze pricing procedures and validate pricing outputs generated by the migration tool.
• Extract, review, and interpret data from SAP to support migration and validation activities.
• Partner with pricing experts, project team members, and external consulting teams.
• Identify and help resolve migration issues, data discrepancies, and conversion gaps.
• Support country-specific pricing procedure conversions and tool configuration changes.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and continuous improvement throughout the program.

Data Analytics & Insights Manager (SAP Pricing Migration)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (hybrid — ~2 days/week onsite)

Contract: 6 months initial (extension likely; program runs into 2027/early 2028)

Hours: Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week); 32–36 hrs/week can be considered

The roleWe’re looking for a Data Analytics & Insights Manager to support a strategic pricing migration as the organization transitions from legacy platforms to a new SAP S/4HANA environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring pricing logic is correctly migrated, validated, and converted using a proprietary pricing simulation tool used across multiple countries.

This is a hands‑on role blending data analysis, SAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and Python. You’ll collaborate closely with pricing specialists and external consulting partners to help accelerate delivery and ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the migration of pricing logic from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA

Working environment

• Join an established team (approx. 4 people)
• You’ll support a senior pricing specialist (not expected to lead the pricing workstream independently)
• Team is primarily based in Amsterdam
• Hybrid setup currently aligned to Monday + Thursday onsite (subject to review)
