Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist – Pricing in the Netherlands to drive data-driven improvements across pricing processes, tools, and governance within ES EMEA. You will analyze end-to-end pricing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities, and design standardized, scalable improvements.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with SAP, CPQ, or related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pricing (Finance or Sales on top of pricing is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of pricing processes, pricing governance, and commercial operations.
• Ability to balance process efficiency with business, customer, and profitability objectives.
• Understanding of quote-to-order and price management processes.
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities across end-to-end business processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
• Strong change management skills with the ability to manage stakeholder resistance and influence behavioral change.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end pricing processes (pricing governance, approvals, business analytics, budgeting, CPQ and price execution) to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized, scalable pricing process improvements across regions.
• Reduce manual workarounds, exceptions, and rework through simplification and automation.
• Ensure continuous alignment between pricing strategy, policy definition, and operational execution.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and drive sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
