Job summary

Sendcloud in Eindhoven is seeking a Pricing Analyst to turn data into smarter pricing decisions across our transactional and SaaS businesses. You’ll join the Pricing team and collaborate with Finance, Commercial and Product to own analyses from opportunity to impact, in a hybrid 3+ days in office setup.

The role requires 2–5 years in pricing or analytics, a strong financial and data mindset, and proficiency with Excel and SQL.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, business analytics, revenue management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial foundation, comfortable working with data and using Excel, SQL or similar analytical tools.
• Understand how pricing decisions impact revenue, margin and profitability, and can translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience with SaaS or transactional pricing, competitor analysis or profitability analysis is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analyses and pricing topics, from identifying an opportunity through to implementation and measuring the impact.
• Use data to understand how we make money, identify opportunities to improve pricing and profitability, and translate these into concrete actions.
• Cover a broad range of pricing topics, including carrier and country profitability, competitor benchmarking, transactional and SaaS pricing, surcharges and value-added services, and margin monitoring.
• Support Commercial teams with complex pricing questions and business cases, and be proactive in identifying margin leakage and opportunities for improvement.

As a Pricing Analyst at Sendcloud, you will help us make smarter, data-driven pricing decisions across both our transactional and SaaS businesses. You will be part of Sendcloud's Pricing team, working closely with teams across Finance, Commercial, Product and other parts of the business. You will contribute to larger strategic pricing initiatives while independently owning your own analyses and pricing topics.

The Role

• Own carrier and country profitability assessments, competitor benchmarking, and surcharge strategies.
• Build business cases and financial models to support pricing improvements, and track the measurable impact of implemented changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to align on pricing strategy and drive implementation.
• Continuously identify margin leakage and pricing improvement opportunities, moving beyond reactive analysis to proactive discovery.
• Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
