Sendcloud in Eindhoven seeks a Medior Quantitative Business Analyst to design and build AI agents, automations, and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and scale a global shipping platform.

You will join the OPS team of QBAs, own projects end-to-end, collaborate with data engineers on AWS, and translate business problems into practical, high‑impact AI‑driven solutions. Fluent in English and a Master’s degree are required; 2–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science or another technical field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English - written and spoken.
• Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph.
• Located in Brabant or Limburg area; office min 3x per week in Eindhoven HQ.

In this role , you'll be at the heart of Sendcloud’s Operations Department, working for every department in the company. Our purpose is to help accelerate Sendcloud's growth in the most efficient way.

The Role

As a Medior Quantitative Business Analyst, you are first and foremost a builder. You design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and power decision‑making across Sendcloud.

You won't do this alone. You'll be part of the wider OPS team of ~15 QBAs, and our own team of data engineers helps run our solutions on AWS. We have a very flat hierarchy and a pleasant, informal culture. That means lots of knowledge sharing sessions, colleagues who are always happy to help and spar, and plenty of social activities both during and outside of work.

What you'll do

As a medior, you'll independently own your projects from start to finish, knowing when to ask for a second opinion and starting to share your knowledge with newer colleagues.

• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science or another technical field
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English - written and spoken
• You have experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
• You are located in the Brabant or Limburg area, you are excited to work in office (min 3x a week)

• Are you comfortable working from our Eindhoven HQ at least 3 days per week? Required
