Job summary

Diesel Store Batavia Stad in Lelystad is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive sales and lead a dynamic team. The role reports to the Retail Manager and focuses on achieving commercial targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and brand representation on the shop floor.

You will manage staffing, product flow, visual standards, and omnichannel activities, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Previous Store Management experience, preferably from a luxury brand.
• English knowledge is a must.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive store strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate staff shifts, training, and performance.
• Act as brand ambassador and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention.
• Ensure excellent service and adherence to visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager on action plans and store initiatives.
