Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business through collaboration with store management and peers.
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
• Work with VM teams to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
• Partner with Store Manager to build on opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
• Focus staff on building relationships with customers and delivering spirited service.
• Conduct store walkthroughs, evaluate product performance, pricing, service levels and inventory.
• Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager and develop action plans.
• Assist with recruiting and developing store personnel and plan bench strength for key roles.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and provide guidance on improving performance.
