Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and upsell through link selling.
• Outfit build for customers and provide product recommendations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador with keen interest in fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization are addressed.
• Show flexibility and initiative during peak trade periods.
