Job summary

BOGGI Milano is seeking a Sales Advisor to build relationships with clients and translate the brand's vision into tangible results every day.

You will achieve store targets, collaborate with the team, and engage customers with a consultative approach that reflects the brand. English proficiency is required, with additional languages a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in premium fashion/menswear.
• Good command of English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets defined by the Store Manager.
• Work with colleagues, supporting the team and fostering trust.
• Maintain a positive, constructive approach under pressure with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Engage and build relationships with clients using a consultative, brand-aligned approach.
• Turn KPI analysis into concrete actions that improve store performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored selling.
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.
