Job summary

NTS Bergeijk is seeking an experienced Wetpaint Sprayer to handle painting for high-tech components destined for semiconductor, medical, and defense industries. You will manage the full painting process from pre-treatment to applying high-quality layers with precision.

You should have hands-on spray experience in a technical setting, an mbo education, and a keen eye for quality. Team-oriented yet capable of working independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paint sprayer in a technical production environment.
• Knowledge of different types of paint, techniques, and pre-treatment processes.
• Accurate and detail-oriented work approach.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pre-treating and pre-treating parts (ferrous, non-ferrous, plastic).
• Independently setting up and maintaining painting equipment.
• Reading and interpreting work orders and technical drawings.
• Applying paint in a booth or on the line with colleagues.
• Contributing to process improvement and quality assurance.
