NTS Bergeijk is looking for a meticulous Preparer for Wet Painting to ensure metal parts are perfectly prepared for the painting process. You will clean, putty, and sand parts, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards, and work closely with the paint shop and quality control teams.

Qualifications

• You work meticulously with an eye for detail.
• Experience with preparation, sanding, or surface treatment OR eagerness to learn this trade.
• You follow instructions well, especially regarding safety and quality.
• You are a good colleague who enjoys teamwork and is motivated to do your best work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and degrease metal products.
• Putty surfaces where necessary.
• Sand and smooth products according to instructions.
• Perform visual quality control.
• Collaborate with colleagues from the paint shop and quality control.
