Job summary

Krayden, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to support inbound receiving, storage, and outbound dispatch in a fast-paced, multinational setting. You will ensure accurate documentation, participate in quality checks, and help optimize warehouse processes.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound activities, maintaining inventory integrity, and contributing to safety and efficiency. Candidates should have warehouse experience, a valid forklift licence, and strong English

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills are required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Valid forklift licence is required.
• Experience handling temperature-controlled or cold-chain products is advantageous.
• Good spoken and written English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound shipments and ensure accurate receiving and recording.
• Inspect shipments, perform quality checks, and document non-conformities (NCRs).
• Print labels, allocate storage locations, and update inventory in systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment; coordinate outbound deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Support stock movements, inventory control, and replenishment activities.
