Job summary

TilburgseBanen in the Netherlands is seeking an Operator to manage and monitor production machines, ensure flow, and uphold product quality in a cleanroom environment. You will perform minor troubleshooting, verify HACCP compliance, and handle packing and preparation for shipment, while maintaining hygiene and safety.

This role works a 36-hour week across a 5-shift system (two mornings, two afternoons, two nights) with four days off, in a modern packaging facility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machines.
• HACCP knowledge and application.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and 36-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth flow.
• Identify and address minor machine issues.
• Verify product quality and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Pack, inspect and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Work inside/outside a cleanroom at about 22°C.
