Job summary

TilburgseBanen is seeking a Production Worker to join our team in the Netherlands. You will operate production machines, ensure product quality, and prepare shipments in a modern facility with a focus on hygiene and teamwork.

The role runs on a 5-shift schedule (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) with four days off after each cycle and an average of 36 hours per week. You will work in and outside the cleanroom according to HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
• Team-oriented and reliable

Responsibilities

• Keep the production machines running and support the production process
• Check products and monitor quality standards
• Pack products and prepare them for shipment
• Work in and outside the cleanroom according to HACCP guidelines
• Keep your work area clean, safe and organised
