Job summary

ERIKS Alkmaar is seeking a Prep & Finish Operator for the Sealing & Polymer department. You will work on preparing and finishing metal parts, ensuring products meet high quality standards and are delivered in pristine condition.

You will follow a fixed day schedule (Mon-Fri) from 07:30–16:00 or 08:00–16:30, and you must be physically fit to handle items up to ~30 kg, with good Dutch and/or English language skills.

Qualifications

• Calm, focused personality, works accurately.
• Physically fit and able to handle up to 30 kg.
• Communicates clearly when issues arise.
• Technical affinity; experience in ICT, jewelry making, metalworking, or surface treatment is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sandblasting, priming.
• Finish by ice blasting and final surface treatment.
• Follow established quality guidelines to ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition.
