Function

As an Assembly Operator, you will work in a clean room environment producing precision elements such as laser modules, scanners and sensors. You will assemble parts according to strict quality and safety standards and use measuring equipment to verify that everything meets specifications. You also record your work in the ERP system for full traceability. Do you see areas for improvement? Then you actively think about process optimization and contribute to LEAN projects. Thanks to your accuracy and technical affinity, quality remains high and production efficient.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a clean room;
• Good fine motor skills and attention to detail;
• Affinity for engineering and quality-oriented work;
• Experience with microscopy, soldering or optical assembly is a plus;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Available from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm;
• You are motivated, eager to learn, stress-resistant and disciplined.
