Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred; LEAN tools and continuous improvement desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols; maintain clean work area to prevent contamination.
• Prepare and verify batch components; perform format changeovers for production runs.
• Manufacture products per procedures and quality standards; document quality checks.
• Conduct product inspections and in-process checks; complete production records and batch reconciliations.
• Adhere to PPE and security requirements; ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines compliance.
• Support team members and ongoing projects; communicate improvement opportunities.
• Escalate deviations and defects while aligning with Employee Code of Conduct.
