Job summary

At NTS Eindhoven, we specialise in ultra-precision solutions and post-processing of complex parts. As a Precision Fitter in the production department, you will work in a modern machine park, ensuring dimensions meet the highest quality standards for leading customers in Semicon, Industrial & Health, and Analytical sectors.

You’ll join a seven-member machinist team, perform small assemblies, check measurements, deburr, and support the team with coordination alongside the Quality Engineer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in machining techniques and manual/conventional processing.
• Experience turning complex ideas into technically high-quality products.
• Good command of Dutch in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform small mechanical assembly work, such as assembling helicoils and inserts.
• Check dimensions, remove contamination, deburr, and carefully package parts.
• Evaluate and test the quality of manufactured parts from an advisory role.
• Work closely within a team of seven machinists, jointly responsible for the best result.
• Support the production department in close collaboration with team leaders and the Quality Engineer.

Job Description

As a Precision Fitter in the production department of NTS Eindhoven, you will work in a pleasant work environment with a modern machine park. You work for leading customers in markets such as Semicon, Industrial & Health, and Analytical.

In this role, you are mainly responsible for post‑processing complex turning and milling parts produced by your colleagues. You carefully check the dimensions and ensure that each part meets the highest quality standards.

You work closely within the team and are jointly responsible for the best result. Additionally, you provide support to the production department and work closely with team leaders and the Quality Engineer.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Performing small mechanical assembly work, such as assembling helicoils and inserts
• Checking dimensions, removing contamination, deburring, and carefully packaging parts
• Evaluating and testing the quality of manufactured parts from an advisory role
• Working closely within a team of seven machinists, jointly responsible for the best result
• Supporting the production department in close collaboration with team leaders and the Quality Engineer

Requirements

We are looking for an independent and experienced Fitter with the following background:

• Minimum of 3 years (practical) experience in machining techniques and manual/conventional processing methods
• Experience working in an environment where complex ideas and concepts are transformed into technically high-quality products
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills with colleagues
• Independent and social attitude
• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing

• Salary from €2.800 to €3.900 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications
