Job summary

Russells Technical Products in the Netherlands is seeking staff for the Custom Cabinet Department to perform general duties including reading drawings, identifying materials, drilling, punching, deburring, and assembling cabinet sections.

You will install hinges, brackets, insulation, seals, and hardware, maintain clean work areas, follow safety procedures and PPE, and collaborate with team members to prepare completed cabinets for the next department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience reading basic drawings or blueprints is helpful.
• Experience with hand and power tools preferred.
• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, prints, and work orders.
• Identify materials and components required.
• Drill and punch holes.
• Assemble cabinet panels and sections.
• Install hinges, latches, handles and other hardware.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
