Fluence, a global leader in energy storage, is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Power Conversion Systems (PCS) to shape the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of PCS products within our storage portfolio.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Quality and regional teams to deliver high‑performing, standards‑driven solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Energy Systems.
• Significant experience in Product Management within power electronics or energy storage.
• Proven ability to translate market needs into product roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive global PCS product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Define priorities from customer needs, market trends, and tech developments.
• Align PCS plans with Fluence's product and technology strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define capabilities and targets.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
• Support customer-facing teams with product expertise and guidance.
• Drive standardization, cost reduction, and performance improvements.
