Qualifikationen

• Completed PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong scientific profile in technological and digital innovation within rehabilitation care.
• Clear scientific vision and ability to develop an independent research line.
• Experience with, or potential for, acquiring competitive research funding.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Dutch or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Initiate, conduct, and publish high-quality scientific research.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians, allied health professionals, patients, technology developers, and researchers from various disciplines.
• Translate scientific and technological developments into innovations that can be evaluated and implemented in rehabilitation practice.
• Secure national and international research funding and supervise PhD candidates, junior researchers, and students.
• Contribute to education and knowledge exchange within and beyond Erasmus MC.
• Develop leadership skills and build your own research team.
