Job summary
TW Delft University of Technology invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher (HARARA project) to study urban heat experiences and inclusive climate adaptation. You will analyze indoor temperature and humidity alongside survey data from 75 households in Antwerp and Rotterdam, and map inclusive adaptation practices in both cities.

Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant discipline (urbanism, environmental sciences, public health, sociology).
- Experience with quantitative data analysis, survey data, and statistical software.
- Affinity with climate justice, inclusion, migration, and community-based research.
- Experience with mixed-methods is an asset.
- Excellent English writing; Dutch is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comparative analysis of heat impacts in Antwerp and Rotterdam.
- Analyze indoor temperature/humidity with survey data from 75 households per city.
- Map inclusive local climate adaptation practices and contribute to policy frameworks.
