Zusammenfassung

Utrecht University, Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, seeks a postdoctoral researcher to study responsible scaling of digital innovations in mental healthcare. You will develop diffusion pathways, engage diverse stakeholders, and explore systemic conditions influencing local implementation.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team, contribute to theory development, and publish findings with an emphasis on ethics, governance, and public values.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in STS, transition studies, innovation studies, information science, medical humanities, or sociology.
• Interest in responsible upscaling of digital innovations.
• Experience with qualitative or mixed-methods social research.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and engage with societal partners.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize diffusion and scaling theories of innovation.
• Investigate scaling pathways in mental health contexts with existing cases and stakeholders.
• Explore future scaling pathways and recommendations for implementation.
• Identify success and failure factors that affect scaling in eHealth for mental health.
