Radboud University in Nijmegen invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Healthy Student Life (HSL) project within the Behavioural Science Institute (BSI). The position combines longitudinal research with project coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration to inform policies promoting student well‑being.

You will coordinate waves 7 and 8, conduct independent analyses, and prepare at least one publication in an international journal.

Qualificações

• PhD in psychology, behavioural science, pedagogy or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in student well-being, mental health and health behaviours.
• Experience with quantitative research methods and statistical analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and conduct the seventh and eighth waves of data collection from study design to survey implementation and data management.
• Conduct your own scientific research using HSL data and publish in international peer‑reviewed journals.
• Identify research priorities and coordinate input from collaborating researchers across the BSI.
• Prepare study documentation, ethics applications and survey programming; ensure data quality and archiving.
• Contribute to policy-relevant dissemination and potential broader study populations.
