Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in social sciences such as Educational Studies or Cognitive Psychology with interest in engineering education
• PhD in science or engineering with interest in education and educational research
• Familiarity with higher education systems and university context
• Experience with action research and mixed methods

Responsibilities

• Contribute to progression and retention notions in engineering education settings
• Identify factors affecting progression and retention in curricula
• Investigate curricula across TU Delft educational programmes
• Develop evidence-based guidelines for curriculum design
• Empirically test curriculum guidelines and interventions with IDEE
