AURELIUS is seeking a senior transformation leader to join our Benelux operations. You will guide the reorganization and restructuring of portfolio companies after acquisitions, working closely with management to develop and implement transformation plans that maximize long-term value.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, typically spending about 12 months on site to improve competitiveness and profitability.

Qualifications

Degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in either consulting or industry.
Expertise in restructuring and operations with a proven track record leading teams or projects.
Genuine interest in the private equity industry and driving growth and change.
Analytical thinking, results-oriented, responsible, and collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
