Job summary

A global accelerator program in Amsterdam is looking for a Portfolio Lead to manage relationships with alumni founders and investors. The Role

As a Portfolio Lead at Startupbootcamp, you’ll play a central role in our Portfolio Team, managing relationships with alumni founders, investors, and ecosystem partners. Your focus will be on supporting startups beyond the accelerator by helping them scale, secure funding, and unlock new business opportunities. You’ll also contribute to monitoring portfolio performance, tracking key metrics, preparing reports for investors, and identifying high-potential startups to connect with the right partners and opportunities. This role blends relationship management, business development, and ecosystem engagement with a strong focus on portfolio growth and long-term impact.

Profile Overview

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity or previous experience within venture capital, the startup ecosystem, and/or innovation-driven environments is a strong plus
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and sales processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs, prepare insights, and create performance reports for investors and stakeholders
• Capable of promoting and organising events to engage founders, investors, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Fluency in English is required, Dutch is strongly preferred and additional languages are a plus
• A natural team player who is proactive and not afraid to take responsibility
