Job summary

Ingka Centres in the Netherlands seeks a highly analytical Portfolio Specialist to drive performance across our global shopping centres portfolio. You will combine financial modelling, market insights and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions with senior stakeholders.

You will translate complex data into clear insights, develop analytical frameworks, and defend recommendations for portfolio optimisation.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in portfolio analysis, investment management, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience building financial models and scenario analyses.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
Ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyse portfolio composition, asset performance and market dynamics.
Evaluate investment opportunities across portfolio perspective.
Develop scenario analyses and analytical frameworks.
Assess diversification, concentration risks and market trends.
Lead the Portfolio Valuation process and provide insights.
Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Prepare analyses and presentations for investment committees and portfolio reviews.
