Ingka Centres is seeking a highly analytical Portfolio Specialist to drive performance across its global shopping centres portfolio. The role blends investments, portfolio management and analytics, and involves working with senior stakeholders to support key business decisions.

You will combine financial modelling, scenario analysis, and market insights to evaluate portfolio performance, identify optimisation opportunities and inform capital allocation.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in portfolio analysis or related field.
• Experience building financial models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse portfolio composition, asset performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities to enhance long-term portfolio value.
• Evaluate investment opportunities from a portfolio perspective, comparing expected returns, risks and strategic fit to support capital allocation decisions.
• Develop scenario analyses and analytical frameworks to assess portfolio optimisation opportunities and inform executive decision-making.
• Assess portfolio diversification, concentration risks and market trends to strengthen portfolio resilience and maximise long-term value creation.
• Lead the Portfolio Valuation process, including analysing valuation outcomes and providing insights.
• Translate complex financial, operational and market data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for investment committees, portfolio reviews and executive decision-making.
