DP World is recruiting a Port Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Europoort business unit as the senior functional leader. You will own the Europoort strategy and P&L, drive safety and regulatory compliance, and lead major programmes, change and transformation across the port.

The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience within ports or similarly complex environments, proven P&L accountability, and strong stakeholder management at Board

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in ports/logistics or similarly regulated environments.
• Proven track record of P&L accountability and big-budget delivery.
• Experience managing health, safety, security and operational risk.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive level.
• Experience with organisational change and transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in international or matrix organisations; interaction with authorities and unions.

Responsabilités

• Lead Europoort strategy, performance and operational delivery.
• Own full P&L, delivering revenue, margin, and budget targets.
• Drive safety, regulatory compliance, and ISPS adherence.
• Lead transformation programmes and continuous improvement.
• Develop leadership team and manage key stakeholders including authorities and customers.
