Job summary
Innovationsoft International is looking for an Account Manager Poland to be the primary contact for Polish customers, dealers, and agents. You will guide customers in using our software, expand the dealer network, and craft Polish manuals and commercial texts. Travel within Poland will be required.
The role blends service, sales, and communication with a dynamic international team. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in account management or sales are expected, and fluency in Polish is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a commercial field.
- 2+ years in account management, sales, or customer support.
- Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) with good Dutch and/or English.
- Strong writing skills in Polish for manuals and commercial texts.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to customers using our software.
- Actively sell software to dealers and agents in Poland.
- Build, maintain and expand relationships with partners.
- Draft proposals, negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
- Write manuals and commercial texts in Polish.
- Spot market opportunities and shape Poland's commercial strategy.
- Deliver insights from the Polish market to internal teams.
- Frequent travel to customers, dealers, and trade fairs in Poland.
