Job summary

AkzoNobel is offering an Internship in the PMO Department in Amsterdam. You will join a global team supporting transformation projects within HR, Finance, and Transformation Office. The role is ideal for a 3rd year Bachelor or Master student seeking hands-on experience in an international setting.

You will contribute to project administration, KPI gathering, and knowledge sharing while developing practical skills in project management and data presentation.

Qualifications

• 3rd year Bachelor or Master student enrolled at a university.
• Available 4-5 days a week (≈40h) to work on PMO projects.
• Background in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or International Relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor project progress to support project objectives.
• Create/perform/analyze project management overviews (costs, quality, time).
• Assist with continuous improvement of project/transition processes.
• Manage mailbox and queries related to PMO activities.
• Organize companywide meetings on project management knowledge sharing.
• Support chasing stakeholders to deliver input and gather KPIs from PM/transition managers.
• Assist in preparing meetings (book rooms, invitations, agendas, minutes).
• Translate analysis and data into compelling presentations (storylines, slides).
• Ensure clear messaging to stakeholders at all levels; organize digital documents.
