Job summary

Ventula Consulting is seeking a PMO Analyst to support sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption initiatives. You will work with the FEC Global Sanctions and ABC teams on planning, reporting, and quality assurance, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Initially, a handover period with an experienced colleague will precede independent ownership of the role. The position requires 2 days weekly in Utrecht with the rest from home, offering 30–50 EUR per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including PMO Officer roles in a professional environment.
• Experience in banking sector and/or Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain and related topics.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and reporting for senior management.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
• Structured, proactive working style with strong influencing skills; Advanced English, Dutch proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Portfolio Management team and the Anti-Bribery & Corruption team in delivering agreed results accurately and on time.
• Prepare management meetings, quarterly reviews, and quarter transitions, ensuring information is complete and up to date.
• Monitor progress, working agreements, and quality standards in Azure DevOps, while helping to continuously improve ways of working.

PMO Analyst – Sanctions & Anti Bribery and Corruption.

Banking giant based in Utrecht require a PMO analyst to work in their global sanction and anti bribery team.

As a PMO Officer, you understand the essentials of a well-organized change portfolio. You support the Portfolio Management team within FEC Global Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption with planning, reporting, and quality assurance activities.

Until the end of the year, you will work closely with an experienced colleague to ensure a smooth and thorough handover. After that, you will independently take ownership of the role.

• You help further develop resource and capacity planning.
• You carefully prepare quarter transitions and quarterly reviews.
• You monitor the progress and quality of work in Azure DevOps.

Required skills

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience and at least 1 year of full-time experience as a PMO Officer in a professional working environment.
• Experience within the banking sector and/or the Financial Economic Crime (FEC) domain and the topics of FEC, Sanctions, AB&C, and geopolitics interest you.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
• A structured and proactive working style, strong influencing skills, and excellent command of both Dutch and English. You speak and especially write English on an advanced level (Advanced level C1/C2).

This position requires 2 days a week in the Utrecht office with the rest WFH. This is an FTE position. The role offers between 30-50 euro per hour depending on experience.
