Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Previous experience in a lead role or as a senior developer.
• A solid understanding of web, SPA, and component architecture.
• Strong ownership over squad's output and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal tools and infrastructure.
• Ensure technical feasibility of the product roadmap.
• Conduct code reviews and safeguard engineering standards.
• Mentor other developers without formal HR responsibilities.
