Job summary

NN Group's NN Bank Platform Services is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, focusing on reliability, security and scalability to accelerate product delivery.

You will collaborate with software engineers, DevOps and security experts to continuously enhance our platform landscape, shaping tooling and processes for faster, safer deployments. Hybrid work setup, with offices in The Hague and Rotterdam, and 5‑month contract.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineer roles.
Strong AWS and Azure DevOps experience.
Experience with CI/CD, security and reliability improvements.
Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Develop and improve security checks for AWS components, ensuring compliance and robustness.
Collaborate with software engineers to address tooling needs and incidents.
Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of development tooling and infrastructure.
Monitor and optimize platform services and development environments.
Contribute to system design, product discovery, operations monitoring, and security controls.
Guide and support the team with your seniority and technical expertise.
