Ownand operate Rewire’s internal IT landscape – manage and improve Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Defender
Bethe first line of support for internal employees – resolve issues efficiently
Automateinternal operations – build self-service solutions, scripting workflows, and permission models that scale
Manageend-user hardware – oversee Windows and macOS devices, hardware inventory across offices
Designand enforce best practices within the company’s landscape – on topics such as access models, backup & recovery, logging, PIM & PAM tooling
Collaboratewith Cloud & Platform Engineers – grow your architectural skills by working on shared infrastructure, CI/CD integrations, and AWS-connected systems

You’re proactive, structured, and curious – someone who likes ownership and wants to understand how systems really work. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:
Degree from a University of Applied Sciences or higher in STEM. (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or other engineering or technical disciplines)
1-3 years of practical experiencein IT operations, system engineering, or a similar role, with hands‑on experience in theMicrosoft ecosystem(Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Defender, Cloud Apps) and managingWindows and macOSdevices using tools such as Intune, Jamf, or similar
Scripting skillsin PowerShell, Bash/Shell, or Linux, with Python as a plus, and familiarity withcloud concepts, GitLab, and basic CI/CD concepts
Understanding ofpermissions, IAM, SSO, and least‑privilege security models,as well asbasic knowledge ofTerraform, networking concepts, and REST APIs
A hands‑on, growth mindset– you take ownership of your work, embrace challenges, and dive confidently into new platform technologies or complex technical problems
Effective communication skillsand acollaborative spirit– you enjoy working in teams, explaining technical concepts clearly, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment

Most of your work will focus on Rewire’s internal environment. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from our Amsterdam and German offices. Rewire operates ahybrid working model, with an expectation to bein the office three days per week.
