Qualifications

• BSc degree (or equivalent) in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Experience in Linux and Windows environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and R, including Bioconductor
• Experience with Git and workflow tools such as Snakemake or Nextflow
• Experience with HPC and sequence data analysis
• Genuine interest in Plant Biology and excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Quality control and curation of genomics datasets
• Maintain, optimize, and execute bioinformatics analysis workflows
• Develop new workflows and tools for genomics data analysis
• Support molecular biologists in genomic data analysis
• Work with large-scale sequence data in HPC environments
• Contribute to improvements in data management and research methods
