Job summary

Envalior is seeking a Plant Controller to support our Beekerveld production site and drive operational and financial excellence. You will be part of the Operations Control team, collaborating with operational and business stakeholders to enhance performance and create value across the organization.

Key duties include delivering cost overviews, leading monthly close, and preparing forecasts related to Operations, including variances and inventory results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong leadership potential and capability.
• Background in Finance, with experience in financial or commercial controlling.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivering clear and reliable cost overviews.
• Driving an accurate and complete monthly closing process.
• Preparing and analyzing forecasts related to Operations, including manufacturing variances, price variances, and inventory results.
• Supporting the budgeting process, including product costing activities.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives in Operations reporting, with a strong focus on digitalization and automation.
