What will you do?

As our Planner, you are at the heart of our training operations. You don’t just manage schedules; you turn planning into action and drive seamless training experiences across the organization.

Your impact

• Optimize scheduling: Ensure smooth course planning for our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium, matching people and resources to deliver the best experience.
• Monitor quality and efficiency: Evaluate processes, seek improvements, and make data‑driven decisions without compromising on quality.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with Customer Support, Instructors, Quality Managers, and Location Managers to align operations and exceed expectations.

What do you bring?

Experience & Skills

• Experience in safety training, offshore, maritime, wind energy sectors, or as a planner is required.
• Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• A sharp focus on efficiently scheduling people and resources.
• Hands‑on experience with planning tools or systems is a plus.
