Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a sustainability consultant to guide the implementation of sustainability measures for the current rental housing stock. You will act as the primary point of contact within the team and with the client, translating strategy into actionable, financially viable scenarios.

Together with architects and other consultants, you will develop the chosen scenario into a feasible plan, coordinate permitting, and support the project manager and work planner by organizing

• Collaborate with architects and consultants to develop the plan.
• Coordinate permitting and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support the project manager as sounding board and facilitator.

About this vacancy

With a team of consultants and regular construction partners, you provide advice on implementing sustainability measures for the current rental housing stock. You serve as the primary point of contact within this team and for the client, with whom you build a long-term relationship. You translate the client's strategy and framework into the best sustainability scenarios. Together with an architect and other consultants, you further develop the chosen scenario into a feasible and financially efficient sustainability plan.

Additionally, you coordinate the various permitting processes and maintain contact with other stakeholders. When your plan is put into execution, you act as a sounding board for the project manager and work planner. You organize improvement sessions in which you evaluate internal collaboration, as well as cooperation with our partners and the client.
