Maintec zoekt een ervaren loodgieter voor residentiële en commerciële projecten in Rotterdam. Je werkt aan nieuwbouw en renovatie van appartementen, kantoren en andere panden.

De functie biedt stabiele werkgelegenheid via een Nederlands uitzendbureau, duidelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en langdurige samenwerking.

Qualifications

• 36 maanden relevante werkervaring
• Ervaring met residentiële en commerciële bouwprojecten

Responsibilities

• Installatie van water-, afvoer- en verwarmingssystemen volgens technische tekeningen
• Installeren van koperen, kunststof en stalen leidingen
• Boren, snijden, buigen en assembleren van complete pijpsystemen
• Verbinden van sanitaire installaties zoals toiletten, wastafels, douches en boilers
• Uitvoeren van druk- en lektests en zorgen dat alle systemen correct functioneren

We are continuously recruiting skilled plumbers for residential and commercial building projects across the country. What are you going to do? As a plumber on residential and commercial projects, you will work on new construction and renovation projects such as apartment buildings, offices, schools, and commercial properties.

• Install water, drainage, and heating systems based on technical drawings
• Install copper, plastic, and steel piping
• Drill, cut, bend, and assemble complete pipe systems
• Connect sanitary installations such as toilets, sinks, showers, and boilers
• Perform pressure and leak tests and ensure all systems function correctly

What can you expect from us? Employment conditions

• Gross hourly wage between €17.00 - €22.00 , depending on experience
• This results in a net salary between €500 - €650 per week , based on a 40-hour working week
• Possibility to work overtime
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation
