Job summary

Astrid & Miyu Ltd. in Amsterdam is seeking a skilled Piercer to join our vibrant team. You will welcome customers, perform precise piercings, and contribute to a warm, experiences-led brand environment.

Hours are Flexible with location at De Bijenkorf, Amsterdam, and a salary of €20 per hour plus commission. This is an on-site role within a values-driven, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Role is suitable for Piercers with at least 1 year experience in a studio.
• You are a values champion and brand ambassador.

• You stay grounded during sensitive interactions, leading with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Host from the Heart on the shop floor, creating a warm, intentional space for customers.
• Inspire customers with piercing expertise and artistry, ensuring high standards.
• Lead on customer interactions with care and professionalism during sensitive moments.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standard and manage supplies.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

1. Values Interview: a 30 min video call with our Talent Team to get to know you better, learning more about your journey, what motivates you and how you like to work.
2. In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo, alongside your Store Manager who will chat through your experience, skill-set and what you're looking for in your next role.
