Qualifications

• Experience in PIC Packaging is desirable.
• Strong understanding of fibre alignment and wire bonding in PIC Packaging.
• Familiarity with production equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in developing PIC Packaging.
• Optimize PIC packaging and assembly processes.
• Install, maintain, and support production equipment and machinery.

Skills
