Job summary

ThePhoneLab is looking for a Phone Repair Specialist for our Amsterdam shops. In this role, you'll repair smartphones, provide top-notch customer service, and manage shop operations in a vibrant environment. You will ensure all devices are repaired promptly and maintain a tidy workspace while interacting warmly with customers.

We offer a salary between €2,360 and €2,617 per month, a supportive atmosphere with team outings, and ample development opportunities including training as an Apple Certified Technician.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone repair and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Repair smartphones and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle online customer orders and stock management.
