• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary studies in space or telecoms.
• Strong ability to manage complex technical requirements and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute Phase B1/B2 study activities.
• Ensure technical coherence and timely delivery of study outputs.
• Interface with industrial consortium and internal domains (systems, telecom, security, ground, ops).
• Prepare procurement documentation and support evaluations and negotiations.
• Monitor progress, cost, schedule, and risk; deliver regular progress reporting.
